Qualifications

• Experience in grocery retail management, preferably in produce.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of the Produce Department.
• Maintain quality control, merchandising, cleanliness, and organization of the produce department.
• Manage inventory and staffing levels.
• Coach and develop team members with performance reviews.
• Lead meetings and participate in store operations.
