Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operation of the Produce Department.
• Manage quality control, merchandising, and cleanliness of produce.
• Handle inventory management and scheduling.
• Coach and evaluate team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and staffing.
