Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 1–3 years in grocery retail management, especially produce.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Perform general housekeeping and ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance.
• Able to stand/walk; lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs; work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of the Produce Department.
• Manage inventory and merchandising; ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Create schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Lead a team to deliver top-quality product and customer service.
• Act as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
