• Ensure product freshness through rotation and dating policies.
• Guide food safety compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and product displays where applicable.
• Foster Meijer culture and inclusivity among team members and vendors.
• Operate a register when required and handle cash responsibly.
• Participate in period-end inventories to help hit store goals.
• May act as Lead in other departments as needed.
