Job summary

Greater Cleveland Food Bank is seeking a Produce Distribution Coordinator to develop and expand our distribution network across six counties. You will recruit, train, and support partner sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth logistics for monthly distributions.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and willingness to travel locally. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–3 years in human services or customer service is preferred, along with proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2–3 years related experience in human services or customer service preferred.
• Experience with nonprofit customer service, program coordination, and database management is a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Produce Distribution program with community partners and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and verify the distribution schedule and prepare documents for fulfillment and fleet delivery.
• Record feedback from partners and collaborate with internal teams to address concerns.
• Develop action plans with Food Sourcing and Operations to improve literacy and issue resolution.
• Train and onboard Produce Distribution partners; ensure training complies with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct site visits to distribution sites and update required documentation annually.
• Maintain partner information in databases and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
