Job summary

Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast IN, Inc is seeking a Senior Pak Coordinator to manage distribution for the Senior Pak program. You will supervise volunteers, coordinate with drivers, ensure accurate picking and staging of orders, and maintain timely, courteous communication with recipients and staff.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Indiana driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic math and computer skills.

• Proficiency with computers and multiple software applications.

• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Distribute Senior Pak bags to eligible recipients.
• Ensure recipient orders are accurately picked and staged.
• Maintain program guidelines and data accuracy for monthly reports.
• Supervise volunteers and coordinate with drivers.
• Deliver bags to recipients and manage waiting list as needed.
• Communicate promptly with recipients and CHFB staff.
• Assist with applications for assistance and eligibility.
• Weigh and document outgoing product and maintain product quality checks.
• Coordinate nutrition requirements with CHFB staff.

Education
