Job summary

The Greater Cleveland Food Bank in Ohio seeks a Produce Distribution Coordinator to expand and manage its growing network of monthly distributions across six counties. You will recruit sites, train partners, ensure compliance, and coordinate logistics with internal teams and community partners.

Travel within Ashland, Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Richland counties is required, with a focus on delivering fresh produce and improving food access for neighbors in need.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years related experience in human services or customer service.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations and program coordination is a plus.
• Unencumbered State Driver’s License required and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Produce Distribution program with community partners and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and verify the produce distribution schedule and prepare documents for fulfillment and fleet delivery.
• Record and report community feedback; collaborate with internal teams to host feedback sessions.
• Create action plans with Food Sourcing and Operations teams to improve food literacy and resolve issues.
• Update partner information in the database and manage product orders for distributions.
• Train and onboard Produce Distribution partners; ensure site training complies with regulations.
• Conduct site visits and maintain up-to-date files and documentation for sites.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
