Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of the Produce Department
• Manage inventory and merchandising for quality and organization
• Coach and develop Team Members through feedback and performance reviews
• Recruit, hire and promote in collaboration with Store Manager
• Schedule staffing to ensure productivity and coverage
• Maintain standards, product knowledge and customer service excellence
• Occasionally serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and act as a Key Carrier
