Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. in Scottsdale is seeking a Produce Team Member Supervisor to assist with scheduling, supervise Team Members, and help maintain vibrant Produce, coffee, and juice displays.

You will support the Produce Team Leader and Associate Team Leader to ensure smooth department operations while upholding store SOPs and health and safety standards. This role emphasizes leadership, training, inventory management, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with Trainers to build a high-performance team.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning checklists.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked and rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Ensures all necessary breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to leaders.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters positive teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and satisfies needs.
• Mentors and counsels Team Members for performance.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Models WFM vision and goals.
