• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations‑related applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Works with Produce Trainer to train Team Members to build a high‑performance team.
• Assists in training new Team Members using checklists and materials.
• Keeps all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures appropriate breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to leadership.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters a positive environment of teamwork and morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs Team Members to delight customers.
• Trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members to sustain performance.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Models WFM vision and goals.
