Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Trains Team Members to build a high‑performance team and reduce turnover.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures breaks are given.
• Communicates team concerns to Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters teamwork and exceptional morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs staff to delight customers.
• Mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members to sustain performance.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Models Whole Foods Market vision and goals.
