Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager - DLT to lead the Produce department, with potential responsibility for the Floral department. You will direct the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments, and supervise up to 20 associates in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

You will interview and train associates, plan, assign, and direct work, and assist in performance evaluations, rewards, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years related experience or training.
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to supervise associates and enforce policies.
