Job summary

Harris Teeter in Charleston, SC is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager - DLT to supervise and develop the Produce Department team. In this role, you may also oversee the Floral Department and are responsible for directing work and evaluating performance to ensure department goals are met.

You will support the Produce Manager, participate in interviews and training, and uphold company policies while delivering excellent customer service and store results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete Company's training including but not limited to new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
