Job summary

The GIANT Company in Enola, PA is seeking a store team member to support produce and department operations. You will review schedules, prep for duties, comply with PPE, and assist with stock and displays.

You will enter orders, supervise staff, check dates, follow food safety rules, and strive to meet KPI targets while delivering friendly service to customers and supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training
• Must complete the in-house forklift-training program
• Must maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare supplies and PPE.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, stock items, and check dates.
• Check inventory daily, stock and restock displays, and maintain product displays.
• Achieve all key performance indicators (KPI) for the department.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors and counters.
• Track loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
