Responsibilities

• Oversees department inventories by tracking weekly sales reports, product orders and supplies.
• Assists Produce Manager in day-to-day functions of Produce operations, including merchandising and customer service.
• Develops and implements merchandising plans that meet financial goals.
• Monitors product quality and freshness, ensures proper pricing and signage.
