• Schedules associates, oversees training, rewards and performance reviews.
• Develops and implements merchandising plans and displays to drive sales.
• Maintains inventories and records on associate performance and discipline.
• Ensures receiving, dating, restocking and product rotation practices.
• Maintains cleanliness and 5S standards in the department and backroom.
