Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years' management experience in retail/food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer-focused behavior among associates.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in store with a pleasant and positive attitude and ensures timely production.
• Ensures fresh quality merchandise with proper handling and controls losses accordingly.
• Assists Produce Manager in daily department functions including merchandising and training.
• Develops merchandising plans aligned with financial goals and weekly ads.
• Oversees department inventories by tracking sales and supplies for period-end inventory.
• Assists with scheduling department associates and uses LMS for training.
• Maintains backroom organization and product storage per guidelines.
• Checks deliveries and invoices for accurate billing and product rotation.
• Controls department expenses and adheres to company recipes for prepared items.
