Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member for the Produce department to support receiving, stocking, and merchandising while upholding WFM standards. You will help maintain displays, assist customers, and ensure food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked by front-facing, checks codes, rotates products.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisor.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends required trainings/meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
