Job summary

Heinen's Grocery Store is seeking a Retail Professional to uphold the Diamond Difference Standards across our Northeast Ohio locations. You will learn our brand, engage customers, and support store appearance and operations.

Responsibilities include daily task prioritization, product knowledge, and assisting with special orders and displays in a fast-paced grocery environment. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
• Work with minimal supervision and stay productive on repetitive tasks.
• Remain standing for long periods and perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Be flexible to non-traditional schedules, weekends and evenings.

• Culls department for quality control, scans and records shrink.

• Pull shrink daily.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products in the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be willing to work the number of hours required to meet company objectives, with the understanding that occasionally business needs will require additional time.
• Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday and evenings.
