Heinen’s is a premier grocery store seeking a Retail Professional to uphold the Diamond Difference Standards. The role focuses on high-quality customer service, accurate product knowledge, and teamwork to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The associate is expected to maintain brand presentation, engage customers, and participate in training and meetings. Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication, urgency, and the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision while

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work continuously on repetitive tasks while standing.
• Ability to frequent lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work required hours with occasional additional time.
• Willing to work non-traditional five-day schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions (hot or cold).
