Job summary

Lendistry is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support day-to-day purchasing activities and vendor onboarding. You will work closely with Accounts Payable to maintain vendor records, ensure timely payments, and uphold consistent procurement practices across the organization.

The role partners with the Vendor Management Specialist for onboarding updates and focuses on purchasing workflows, documentation, and process improvements to strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, or vendor onboarding.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Understanding of internal controls and procurement practices.
• Clear, professional communication and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle vendor intake, setup, and purchasing support., including collecting documentation and setting up vendors in ERP.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management, Security, Legal, Privacy as needed.
• Support full procurement process from requisition to purchase order and renewals.
• Maintain procurement files, pricing agreements, and SOWs; ensure audit readiness.
• Assist with quotes, pricing validation, routing approvals, and reporting on spend.
