Job summary

On Lok is seeking a Procurement Specialist to ensure smooth daily operations of the Purchasing department. You will manage the full procurement lifecycle, from initiation to closing, with a focus on accuracy and clear communication.

Responsibilities include creating purchase orders, supporting RFQs, tracking orders, and resolving supplier issues. Collaboration with Finance and internal teams is essential to optimize savings and service levels.

Qualifications

• 3 years of purchasing support experience.
• Strong communication, people and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management; able to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders and requisitions.
• Assist with RFQ process and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to requesters.
• Coordinate with accounts payable to resolve discrepancies.
