Job summary

HF Management Services seeks a Procurement Digital Transformation Lead to develop and execute a digital procurement roadmap and translate strategy into technology, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across the organization.

You will collaborate with COE, IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive automation, governance, and enterprise value through scalable, data-driven procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise Digital Procurement Roadmap aligned with strategy and objectives.
• Translate capability requirements into prioritized tech, automation, analytics, and digital enablement across Source-to-Pay.
• Build business cases, roadmaps, and value propositions for procurement tech investments.
• Evaluate emerging procurement tech, AI capabilities, and digital solutions for scalability and compliance.
• Lead governance and adoption of procurement dashboards, scorecards, and digital insights.
