Job summary

CBRE Procurement Technology PMO Director will provide strategic vision and project management to the department responsible for supporting the CBRE Procurement Technology platform, partnering with internal stakeholders to develop, install and enhance procurement technology systems.

This role leads complex projects, drives AI/LLM initiatives to automate procurement, and manages budgets with a focus on delivering high-value outcomes and superior service for internal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8-12 years of experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of departmental projects, ensuring cost, timeline and quality requirements.
• Identify and deploy AI/LLM use cases to automate procurement processes and demonstrate value.
• Lead continuous review and enhancement of systems and processes for superior service delivery.
• Flawlessly execute internal controls, financial policies, and provide performance reports to senior management.
• Cultivate relationships with technology vendors to optimize partnerships.
• Strategically manage and forecast annual departmental budgets and drive financial performance.
• Coordinate system strategies with field management, accounting, and senior leaders to achieve objectives.
• Proactively review and refine systems and procedures for consistent delivery of services.
• Pioneer improvements to methods and standards, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Model CBRE RISE values and negotiate with external partners to achieve mutual goals.
