Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement across internal partners and external vendors. You will guide needs identification, vendor selection, and contract execution with ownership and strategic focus.

You’ll work with Legal, Infosec, IT, and FP&A to align requirements, manage multiple vendor engagements, and develop category strategies. This role emphasizes governance, AI-enabled insights, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in software or technology.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with procurement tools and ERP/PP systems is a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance procurement efficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted partner and primary contact for internal business partners across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Legal, Infosec, IT, and FP&A to address technical, financial, and risk requirements.
• Manage multiple BU and vendor engagements and high-volume procurement activities across indirect spend categories.
• Develop, enhance and execute category strategies with partners and Procurement team.
• Support sourcing initiatives, including RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain vendor relationships, manage renewals, and monitor supplier performance.
• Work with Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
• Conduct market and supplier research to stay current on trends and benchmark pricing.
