Job summary

Rosendin seeks a Manager of Procurement to lead regional procurement, coordinating with corporate procurement and delivering cost-effective purchasing strategies. You will supervise staff, drive supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with policies across multiple districts.

The role requires extensive electrical procurement experience, strong negotiating skills, and proficiency with Oracle and MS Office. Travel up to 50% is possible; this is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related
• Minimum 10 years’ purchasing experience in electrical
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute complex and technical bid invitations or requests for proposal with logistics and packaging requirements.
• Process purchasing transactions according to state laws, policies, and Rosendin procedures.
• Assist departments with specification development and RFPs; review and approve purchases to ensure justification and policy compliance.
• Provide purchasing planning data by collecting and summarizing market trends and costs.
