Job summary

X-energy LLC is seeking an Analyst III, Procurement Systems Transformation to advance the digital enablement of procurement processes as part of ERP and source-to-contract implementations. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, validate designs, and support adoption across the S2P lifecycle.

You will collaborate with procurement stakeholders, IT, and partners on system designs, testing, migrations, and training to drive process improvements and governance across MM, Sourcing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, business systems, data analysis, or technology implementation.
• Experience supporting ERP, S2C, or P2P system implementation or enhancement.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, analyzing data, or supporting system testing and rollout.
• Working understanding of S2C and P2P processes.
• Familiarity with procurement or ERP modules such as MM, Sourcing, Contracts, and Buying & Invoicing.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports or dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Basic understanding of integrations between ERP, supplier management, and finance systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate activities, document outcomes, manage priorities, and elevate risks.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document procurement requirements with category managers, buyers, and process owners.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Management.
• Coordinate with IT and partners to review system designs and ensure requirements, processes, and compliance are addressed.
• Support testing, data validation, migration, UAT, and go-live prep; document issues and follow through on actions.
• Participate in design workshops and map workflows across procurement, finance, and supply chain.
• Support change management and user adoption by preparing training materials and guides.
• Compile KPIs, reports, and dashboards to monitor system performance and supplier engagement.
• Analyze data to identify improvements using digital tools and analytics.
