Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to bridge business needs and technical SAP solutions in SAP Procurement across P2P processes. You will interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and work with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to design and deliver effective system architectures.

You will lead procurement-related workstreams, configure SAP MM, MM-P2P, and Ariba components, and develop specifications, test scripts, and training materials for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years SAP Procurement, Supply Chain, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Procurement specializations including SAP S/4HANA Procurement (Direct Materials), SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, and related modules.
• Experience leading Procure-to-Pay workstreams and facilitating solution design workshops.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Procurement and Procure-to-Pay workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation engagements.
• Design and configure SAP Materials Management solutions across purchasing, inventory management, goods movements, and invoice verification processes.
• Advise clients on procurement leading practices and SAP standard capabilities while balancing business requirements with scalable solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver integrated business solutions.
