Job summary

X-energy LLC is seeking an Analyst III to drive the digital enablement of procurement processes as part of ERP and S2P implementation. You will work with procurement stakeholders, IT, and partners to gather and document requirements, analyze processes, validate system designs, and support adoption across the source-to-pay lifecycle.

Responsibilities include shaping future-state processes, designing functional specs for modules, coordinating testing, and enabling user training and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, or technology implementation experience.
• Experience with ERP, S2C, or P2P implementations.
• Ability to document requirements and processes clearly.
• Familiarity with MM, Sourcing, Contracts, and Buying & Invoicing modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document procurement requirements with stakeholders and owners.
• Translate needs into functional requirements for modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Management.
• Coordinate with IT and partners to review designs and ensure compliance.
• Support testing, data validation, migration, and go-live activities.
• Document workflows and business rules across procurement, finance, and supply chain.
• Prepare training materials and communications to support user adoption.
• Create KPIs, reports, and dashboards to monitor system performance.
• Analyze processes and data to identify improvements using digital tools.
• Maintain documentation per IT and data governance standards.
