You will negotiate terms, maintain vendor lists, support proposals, and mentor junior staff while driving cost efficiency and timely delivery in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Typically ten years of procurement/contracts administration experience.
• Experience conducting complex negotiations and federal purchasing procedures.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and issue RFIs/RFPs for purchases and conduct vendor selection.
• Identify requirements and terms for vendor agreements.
• Manage procurement lifecycle for direct and indirect purchases.
• Monitor vendor performance and approve invoices.
• Maintain approved vendor lists and ensure EPL/Denied Parties compliance.
• Lead core procurement tasks with limited supervision.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and share industry best practices.
• Maintain procurement policies and centralized filing.
