Job summary

City Electric Supply is undergoing a large-scale ERP transformation. The Business Analyst will bridge business and technology, translating requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria while partnering with stakeholders across operations, finance, and supply chain to deliver real business value.

You will facilitate workshops, support solution design, and play a key role in testing, UAT, and change readiness to ensure successful adoption in a fast-paced retail/wholesale

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex ERP transformation programs.
• Ability to elicit, document and manage business requirements.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business and technology to ensure ERP delivers value.
• Run workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to capture current and future state processes.
• Translate requirements into prioritized user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Business Leaders, Solution Architects, and partners throughout delivery.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, and business readiness.
