The role requires a supply chain or business administration degree, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and strong Excel skills. A collaborative, continuous-improvement mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in supply chain, operations, or business administration.
• Experience with procurement, supply chain, or systems management.
• Hands-on ERP experience, NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOM) reflecting product specs and changes.
• Ensure data integrity in ERP and procurement systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Generate and analyze reports on procurement, inventory, and system performance.
• Support quality audits and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
