Job summary

Jobot is seeking an ERP Systems Administrator for a manufacturing environment in Beloit, Wisconsin. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and improving the ERP ecosystem to enhance planning, scheduling, inventory controls, and shop-floor execution.

You will work with Operations, Production Control, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, and IT to implement upgrades, integrate MES data, and deliver actionable reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing, production planning, inventory, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience with MES and manufacturing automation integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP system support, maintenance, and improvements for a stainless tank manufacturing operation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production Control, IT, Purchasing, and Engineering on system upgrades and configurations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Assist with data migration, system changes, and MES/ERP integrations.
• Support end-user training and ongoing system enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment between ERP, MES, and shop-floor processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and reporting across the organization.
