Responsibilities include vendor quoting, PO issuance, and cross-department coordination to ensure timely deliveries, with emphasis on ERP accuracy and inventory support for production and office teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Over 1 year of experience working with ERP software.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing purchasing role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills in reading and writing in English.
• Ability to work comfortably in an office environment with prolonged sitting/standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new vendors and secure competitive quotes.
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ERP system accuracy.
• Support production and office teams alike.
