Horizontal Talent is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to join a dynamic team in the San Jose area. You will support internal customers and suppliers, drive process improvements, and help keep purchasing activities running smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands‑on procurement experience, problem‑solving, and collaboration with cross‑functional partners to uphold service levels and accuracy. A strong focus on data, documentation, and continuous improvement is required.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of procurement or related operations experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent in finance, business, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and BI tools.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive helpdesk support for procurement questions and requests.
• Support transactional purchasing activities per established SLAs.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and technical partners to resolve issues.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain accurate records.
• Review requisitions for accuracy, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Assist with data preparation, reporting, and metrics tracking.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation for day‑to‑day operations.
