Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Optimization & Process Excellence to lead end-to-end supply chain improvement, project delivery, and global inventory optimization across the business unit.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, driving standard work processes, and delivering sustainable changes that enhance service levels, working capital, and supply chain performance on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of supply chain, planning, and/or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with inventory optimization tools (e.g., Llamasoft) and ERP systems (JDE, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain process improvement and global inventory optimization initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement by establishing standard work processes and IBP alignment.
• Lead training and change management to ensure adoption of improvements.
