Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related experience considered.
• 7+ years in purchasing/procurement in manufacturing.
• Expertise in procurement processes: requisitioning, purchasing, supplier management.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles: inventory, forecasting, logistics.
• Familiarity with regulations, compliance, and ethical sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Independence, organization, and attention to detail.
• Analytical skills with data reporting and problem solving in Power BI.
• Expert-level procurement software/tools; Oracle ERP experience required.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Function Leadership: oversee value stream procurement execution and manage Buyers and processes.
• Own day-to-day supplier part execution management and on-time delivery targets.
• Train and mentor Buyers; provide proficiency checklists and development tips.
• Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable rules.
