Qualifications

• Procurement experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in administrative support or data entry.
• Good time management and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Add expense line(s) to purchase order.
• Work with Receiving to receive expense lines.
• Confirm purchase orders.
• Update purchase order due dates.
• Update supplier price lists.
• Update lead-time.
• Other duties as assigned.
