Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a detail-oriented procurement professional to support daily buyer activities and ensure continuous product replenishment. You will coordinate between manufacturers and the sales team, set up Premier contracts, and maintain system data.

Qualifications

• Education: High School education or Bachelors degree a plus.
• Experience: Prior procurement/analytical experience is expected.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; purchasing software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procurement/Buyer Support to ensure flow of product replenishment.
• Coordinate product availability requests between manufacturers and sales team.
• Oversee the setup of Premier contracts.
• System updates: review open POs, ASN/VAN, item setup, and maintenance tasks.
• Track items with market issues using vendor feedback.
• Evaluate product positioning across primary/secondary/tertiary options.
• Provide weekly updates on market situations and status.
• Review stockouts and backorder items; maintain catalog updates.
• Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and customer service to maintain data.
