Job summary

Clorox is seeking an Associate Director of Procurement Strategy & Transformation to shape long-term strategy, drive transformation, and lead the operating model for Procurement. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, procurement, supply chain, finance, transformation, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; experience at top-tier consulting firms is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional strategic or transformation initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and operationalization of a multiyear Procurement strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Manage cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital/Technology.
• Oversee leadership cadence: strategic planning, reviews, and executive updates with measurable value.
• Provide advisory leadership to the CPO, develop executive-ready materials, and drive adoption of change initiatives.
