Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement Business Leader to act as the strategic partner to multiple business units. You will own end-to-end procurement strategies, manage over $200M in annual spend across direct materials, and drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier transitions.

You will collaborate with Finance, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Quality to influence decisions and lead cross-functional initiatives, building organizational capability and ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience in complex, global organizations.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience with direct materials procurement including raw materials and packaging.
• Proven success delivering cost savings, productivity improvements and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing activities and complex negotiations.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business priorities.
