Job summary

Clorox Company seeks a senior supply chain leader to drive end-to-end BU strategy development and deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, engineering, R&D, and finance to maximize value.

You will champion the FLIGHT Stage gate process, oversee innovation integration, and push for data-driven decisions that optimize cost, service, and resilience across the network.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree (Supply Chain, Engineering or related) required.
• MBA (preferred) is a plus.
• Extensive experience in supply chain across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead BU supply chain strategy development and deployment to balance responsiveness, agility, resilience, cost, and sustainability.
• Represent end-to-end supply chain in innovation leadership forums and shape feasible, scalable options.
• Drive margin transformation initiatives and cost savings projects from framing to execution and handoff to owners.
• Coordinate governance routines to review progress and align actions across functions.
