Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Procurement Director, Decision Support Lead for a 18-to-24-month rotational leadership program. Hybrid position onsite with at least 3 days per week in the office, supporting the CPO and Interim Head of Supply Chain to drive the procurement strategic roadmap and initiatives.

Reporting to the CPO and Leadership Team, you will gain enterprise-wide exposure, influence senior leaders, and collaborate across global programs, with potential transition to high-visibility roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, industrial engineering, procurement or supply chain.
• 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, category management, or supplier management.
• Mastery level knowledge of procurement, sourcing and category management.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Experience in an international matrix environment with global programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and executives.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Organizational impact: shape procurement plans and roadmaps with 1–2 year horizon.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training across the organization.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Lead innovative, complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Support the CPO and Leadership Team in executing strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate leadership team meetings and agendas for informed decisions.
• Liaise with other Decision Support Leads to align enterprise priorities.
• Coordinate processes and organizational changes across procurement.
• Connect with category management and sourcing leaders to drive synergies.
• Report KPI progress and FY objectives to Leadership Team.
• Deliver initiatives that improve efficiencies and program outcomes.
