Job summary

CSL Vifor in the United States offers an 18- to 24-month rotational leadership opportunity to support the Chief Procurement Officer and Interim Head of Supply Chain. The Procurement Director, Decision Support Lead will help formulate and drive the procurement strategic roadmap and lead enterprise initiatives.

This hybrid role is onsite with a minimum of 3 days per week at the posted location. Travel approximately 20% and the rotation provides executive exposure and high-visibility career paths

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience in regulated industries
• Mastery of procurement, sourcing, and category management
• Advanced knowledge in Project Management
• Experience in international matrix environments
• Experience supporting C-suite strategic initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical reasoning and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement's strategic roadmap with cross-functional alignment
• Lead complex, high-impact projects across the organization
• Influence senior leaders to adopt new procurement practices
• Provide executive support to the CPO and leadership team
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements and meeting agendas
• Track and report Global Procurement KPIs and progress
