Job summary

CSL Vifor in Waltham, MA is seeking a Procurement Director, Decision Support Lead for an 18- to 24-month rotational leadership program to partner with the CPO and interim Head of Supply Chain. You will help shape the procurement strategic roadmap and drive enterprise initiatives.

This hybrid role requires 10+ years in procurement, global program experience, and the ability to influence senior leaders. Travel about 20% is expected; base salary range is $224k–$274k plus incentives and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, industrial engineering, procurement, or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supplier management experience in regulated industries.
• Mastery level knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and category management.
• Advanced knowledge in project management.
• Experience in international matrix environments managing global programs.
• Experience supporting a C-suite executive's strategic agenda.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence senior executive leadership.
• Credible trusted partner to executive leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management background.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, with emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency with technology to improve team collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Impact: Recommend or implement operational plans aligned to the CPO’s strategic roadmap.
• Leadership and Talent Management: Coach and train employees; manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Communication and Influence: Brief senior leaders and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Innovation and Complexity: Improve processes using data-driven analysis; handle complex problems.
• Executive Support: Support CPO and Leadership Team; contribute to the strategic roadmap.
• Leadership Team Collaboration: Partner with leaders for meetings and decision making.
• Meeting and Agenda Management: Create decision-driven agendas for Leadership Team meetings.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Align priorities across the enterprise with other Decision Support Leads.
• Process Coordination: Coordinate processes and organizational changes within Procurement.
• Stakeholder Connectivity: Collaborate with Category Management and Sourcing leaders.
• Performance Measurement: Report Global Procurement KPIs and progress to Leadership Team.
