Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Senior Global Category Management leader to steer multiple global teams and oversee category strategies across the CSL group, ensuring value, risk management, and procurement compliance.

You will lead major sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and drive transformational projects with senior stakeholders and key vendors worldwide, aligning with corporate strategy and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in strategic sourcing or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years senior leadership experience, preferably of a global team.
• Minimum 5 years in global team management.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to work with ambiguity and build bridges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category strategies aligned to corporate strategy and procurement strategy.
• Lead complex negotiations with major suppliers and provide regional sourcing guidance.
• Drive global strategy redesigns, business models, and new ways of working.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance through SRM and governance processes.
• Lead transformational projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders and vendors worldwide.
