Job summary

Moorsings Park in Naples, Florida, seeks a Procurement Specialist to support purchasing, invoicing, and vendor management across campuses. You’ll process orders, maintain vendor data, and administer organizational credit cards while coordinating with departments on procurement issues.

You will serve as a power user for the purchasing system and assist with inventories and AP backup, contributing to efficient operations and excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, inventory coordination, or a related administrative financial function.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a nonprofit environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process purchases and invoices, maintain vendor information, and administer organizational credit cards.
• Assist departments with procurement and invoice-related issues; coordinate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable.
• Coordinate designated physical inventories and support health-services supply replenishment across Moorings Park campuses.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable Specialist and Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Maintain documentation and vendor records in accordance with retention requirements.
