Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage indirect site purchases, monitor inventory, and drive supplier performance. You will coordinate orders across multiple sites and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes building relationships with vendors, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records while supporting operations with cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchasing, operations, or similar role preferred
• Understanding of procurement software is a plus (Netsuite, SAP, or other ERP systems)

Responsibilities

• Order execution: process and manage purchase orders for multiple sites and track deliveries
• Inventory support: monitor inventory levels and coordinate future needs
• Vendor coordination: communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and resolve issues
• Maintaining records: verify receipts, document inventory levels, and audit billing
