Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage site purchases of indirect goods and services, ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery across our operations. You will execute orders, monitor inventories, and measure supplier performance while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiencies that impact the bottom line.

The role is M-F 8-5 and requires a 3–5 year background in pharmaceutical purchasing or related operations, with a Bachelor's degree in Business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchasing, operations, or similar role is preferred
• Experience with procurement software (Netsuite, SAP, or other ERP systems) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Order execution: assist in processing & managing purchase orders for multiple sites and track deliveries
• Inventory support: measure and monitor inventory levels to avoid stock out and coordinate with internal departments for future needs
• Vendor coordination: effectively communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, ensure service guarantees, and resolve issues
• Maintaining records: verify and document delivery receipts, order confirmations, and inventory levels; update information in system; audit billing issues
