Job summary

State of Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services is seeking a Procurement Specialist I for an on-site role in Oklahoma City. Qualifications

• Requirements include three years of technical clerical work and two years of technical experience in contracting and/or procurement; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting 30 semester hours for each year of the technical clerical work only.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and payments of claims, requisitions, purchase orders, etc.
• Requesting and tracking change orders as needed.
• Issues service work orders
• Assist with contracts
• Acquisitions of goods and services
• Research and acquisition of repair parts for complex heat and air systems
• Research and acquire repair parts for plumbing fixtures and piping, and electrical system parts
• Inventory and control of assortment of replacement parts for building systems
• Interprets and advises internal and external customers on departmental or program rules, regulations, and laws
• May establish educational and/or training programs
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials
• Perform administrative duties
• Assist in energy management software entry
• Other duties as assigned
